Debbie Simpson
Debbie has 18 years of experience as a full time Realtor in
residential homes, ranch properties and estates, as well as vacant land, short

Institute), which is an additional year long advanced training program for
Realtors. She is also a trained Negotiator with an Master Certified Negotiations
Expert (MCNE), has an Advanced Negotiator for Realtors Certificate, is a Certified
Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and an Accredited Buyers Representative

Debbie retired from a successful law enforcement career with
a busy bay area agency. She grew up in a real estate family in the bay area,
where her family owned the local Century 21 office. After an injury in the line
of duty forced an early retirement, she went to work in the family business.
Debbie was soon the top agent there, and went on to own the business when her
father retired. Along the way Debbie served her country in the Calif. Air
National Guard.
Debbie is a native Californian with a wide variety of
interests. She is an equestrian who owns horses and has owned her own ranch.
She’s an avid kayaker, motorcyclist, reader and animal lover. Debbie has been a
volunteer for agencies that protect elders from abuse, animal rescue
organizations, coastal clean- ups and has worked as a C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed
Special Advocate) volunteer for foster children and as a Community Mediator.
Debbie enjoys working with her clients, especially helping
the Senior Citizens, Public Service Employees, Horse, Ranch and Farm
Enthusiasts and the LGBT Community to name a few. If you are a public servant, hospital worker, teacher or a veteran, call and ask about special programs that can save you money.
With Debbie’s training and
experience, she works to serve and protect her clients’ interests, and looks
forward to working with you!
